Kariho Junmai Ginjo Rokushu 720ml
When it comes to filtering sake the majority of breweries use the efficient and modern Yabuta press. This Kariho sake is filtered using a bank of 6 ("Roku" in Japanese) old school "Fune" presses hence the name "Rokushu".
This Junmai Ginjo is a light textured sake with delicate characteristics of pear, lychee, melon and macadamia with a clean finish. The overall impression is dry with very well integrated acidity and modest fruit characters to keep you coming back for another glass (or bottle). An easy drinking premium sake.
