A very approachable sake to enjoy well chilled served in a wine glass. Sweet floral aromas are quite subdued and the palate a well balanced blend of honeysuckle, musk melon and ripe orange with hints of pleasant bitterness.
This sake is an excellent example of the purity of flavour that can be achieved with Yamadanishiki rice. Very well priced for a Junmai Daiginjo sake.
Designed to be paired with ... you guessed it ... fish.
