Momosuke have made a bold statement by making Umeshu from their award winning “Shodai Momosuke - Gold”. (most umeshu is made from a base of sake)

Powerful aroma reminiscent of Italian cherry liqueur with a splash of fresh peach. Invert the bottle before serving to distribute the light sediment and you will enjoy flavours of creamy barley, licorice, ume, guava and fruit punch.

A dryer, complex style of umeshu to be served on the rocks, chilled or straight up.

Tasting notes and profile are based on an initial serving temperature of 12℃.
