Craft gin by Yamamoto san based on sake kasu with over 30 botanicals from Japan and around the world. Local botanicals from Akita Prefecture: Balloon flower, chamomile, Akita cedar leaf, Hiyama tea, apple and Japanese parsley. Botanicals from the world: Juniper berries, coriander,cinnamon, lemon peel, lemongrass, lemon balm, orange peel, orange flower, peppermint, eucalyptus, cassis and more.

The nose is distinctly juniper with the palate more complex with the most forward notes being a royal flush of citrus along with juniper, aniseed and a touch of cedar with a short finish. Sit and sip over a big cube of ice or inspire your inner mixologist.
