Yamamoto Forest Green 720ml
Another cracking sake from Yamamoto-san. Dryer than his usual sake and highly finessed. Green apples, thai basil, lime and a serve of minerals lead to a very clean escape on the back palate. Very refreshing sake. Made from Misatonishiki rice - a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki that is notoriously difficult to grow. We love to drink this sake about 10-15c.
This sake has been pasteurised one time (not 2 times) and should be stored refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
