Kubota Yuzu No Sake 500ml

Local Fukui yuzu fruit is steeped in Kubota sake to create this yuzushu. We love the slightly bitter rind character, balanced with a mild sweetness and subtle aromatics of yuzu citrus.

A refreshing after dinner drink that should be served straight up at a temperature around 10C. A wonderful addition to the bartender's cabinet.

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit somewhere between a lime and a mandarin and is famous for it's fragrance and unique pungency. Yuzushu is the Japanese version of limoncello with a lot less sugar.
