Strawberry Red is unique sake from Yamamoto brewed using White Koji (normally reserved for shochu) instead of Yellow Koji. White Koji produces more citric acid and the result is a sake that is refreshing like home-made lemonade with wild strawberry, red currant, crunchy apple and cranberry.

Yamamoto Tensugi is a Yamahai sake is made from 100% Miyamanishiki rice and fermented entirely in the Tensugi tank after which it is named. Not your typical Yamahai. Subtle nose of apple, peach and cedar. The juicy palate starts with an array of peach, apple, citrus and pine along with hints of mineral. Cedar & spice increases as the sake warms in the glass..

Midnight Blue is a cornerstone of the Yamamoto portfolio. A refreshing style of sake with a bright palate of melon, sherbet, pink lady apple, underripe pineapple and a slight CO2 fizz. A sophisticated and elegant drink to kick off any dinner party.

These sake have been pasteurised one time (not 2 times) and should be stored refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
