Hanzo sake is produced by Ota Brewery in Iga, Mie prefecture - the home of Hattori Hanzo the famous samurai leader of the Iga Ninja.

Hanzo sake is brewed from the pristine subsoil waters of Nunobiki Mountain. Committed to producing the highest quality jizake, they have won many awards including Gold Medal Slow Food Japan Contest 2014 and Gold Medal in the Fine Sake Awards 2012.
