A dry session sake milled to just 80% for you to enjoy the natural characters of Akitasakekomachi rice.
The aroma is as you expect - freshly steamed akitakomachi rice, rice bran, banana and cream. Slightly spicy citrus palate with mild lemon, white pepper, earthiness, rich umami and a medium finish.
A full flavoured sake that is super friendly with a variety of foods. Best consumed in an ochoko or guinomi.
