3 sake in this triple pack as follows:

Kariho Junmai Ginjo Rokushu (right) This Junmai Ginjo is a light textured sake with delicate characteristics of pear, lychee, melon and macadamia with a clean finish. The overall impression is dry with very well integrated acidity and  modest fruit characters.

Kirinzan Yukinoshita Junmai Ginjo (left) Kirinzan Yukinoshita (beneath the snow) is all about restraint and purity. The palate displays a tease of pear, peach, fresh almond and white flowers and barely touches the tongue leading to a super clean and short finish.

Oita Oni Koroshi Dohatsu Shoten (middle) Earthy, umami rich, super dry sake. A genshu (undiluted) yet surprisingly mild for its 19% alcohol content. Aroma of lychee and rice bran. Sweet nutty almond milk on the palate with a cleansing dry finish. Staff favourite.
