Senbazuru Hanayaka Ume 500ml

Only one tank of Senbazuru Umeshu is produced each year. Pristine Oita ume fruit is steeped in Senbazuru sake for one year and bottle aged for a further 3 to create a complex, refreshing, ume/peach/cherry palate with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The fragrance is reminiscent of maraschino cherry. This Umeshu is so easy to drink and takes great discipline not to finish the bottle in one sitting.

Drink chilled straight up, on the rocks or with a little soda. A perfect before dinner drink or nightcap.
