3.5 hours of sake exploration.

- Are you fully prepared for that next Japan holiday or business trip?
- Do you know your Junmai from your Daiginjo?
- Want to know when, how and why to serve sake hot?
This class is suitable for those who have tried sake but don't really know enough to express what they like or talk about it confidently. Enjoy 3.5 hours of fun, interactive and entertaining immersion in sake with all of the boring bits left out.
You will leave the class with lots of newfound knowledge and a cheat sheet to bluff your way through any sake encounter with friends. This is a small group class so there will also be plenty of opportunity to make future sake friends.
We will taste a great selection of sake on the day so leave the car keys at home and get a lift, taxi or Uber.
There will be approximately 35 min break for you to have lunch. BYO lunch or enjoy the local Stanmore fare.

Your Instructor
This class will be conducted by Certified International Kikisakeshi - Nihonshu sommelier (SSI Tokyo) and IWC Sake Judge Leigh Hudson.
Terms and Conditions
No refunds will be issued within 21 days of the class.
If you need to cancel you will need to give more than 21 days notice and a 100% refund will be given. A 100% refund will apply if Sakeshop - Chef's Armoury cancels the class.
If <21 days or less notice given for cancellation unfortunately no refunds are possible. However transfers to a future course can be made with a $75 rebooking fee if 5 days or more notice is given. If you don't want to attend a future class and less than 21 days notice is given no refunds will be issued.
You can send someone else instead of you for no fee on the date you have previously booked, but please let us know in advance who is coming.
