Sake Session - Yamamoto
Tomofumi (Tomo) Yamamoto is both owner and Toji of Yamamoto Sake Brewery in Akita prefecture. He brews a range of over 25 sake with seasonal releases that we rotate through Sakeshop throughout the year. His style is refreshingly modern.
Taste his infamous Royal Straight Flush, Ice Blue, and a selection of his seasonal hits along with Night Traveller Gin made from sake kasu and 30 botanicals.
Experience the depth and diversity of Yamamoto's cult sake drinks and join us for a tasting and chat about Yamamoto sake.
Session will last about 40 minutes so there will be plenty of time to chat and of course Sakeshop will be open so you can purchase your new favourites.
It is highly recommended you don't drive.
