Hanzo & Junmai Ginjo Ginpu 720ml
A modern style of Junmai Ginjo made by the youngest Toji in Mie prefecture. Classic #9 ginjo yeast has been used to ferment Hokkaido grown Ginpu rice resulting in sake with a very wine like mouthfeel with firm acidity. A short, cleansing palate displays exotic starfruit, lime, lemon and sour plum with a hint of vanilla, floral notes, white pepper and pear.
Tip: Decant this sake to let it breathe to discover the hidden nature of this sake.
