Kami No Ho is a local rice variety of Mie prefecture which is combined with locally cultured yeast by Hanzo sake. Ota brewery is the biggest producer of Kami No Ho sake in Japan.
Lavish aromas of melon, pear, apple and fresh cream jump out of the glass leading to flavours of ripe melon, apricot and lemongrass with a squeeze of pink grapefruit.
