The only umeshu to win first place in 3 umeshu competitions in Japan. Enjoy the aroma of Ginjo Kasutori shochu on which this umeshu is based. Peach, pear & guava are the predominant fruit characters with almond, fennel & a little tannin from underripe Ume fruits. The texture is rich and syrupy and the overall palate a balancing act of sweetness, acidity and fruit.

Drink chilled straight up, amazing on the rocks, with a little soda or incorporated in spirit forward cocktails.
