Kaze No Mori Tsuyuhakaze 807 - 720ml
A Muroka Nama Genshu pressed just days before shipping and like all Kaze no Mori sake it shows a lively freshness. Tiny bubbles of CO2 are captured during bottling process to further enhance the lively nature of this sake. The nose is subtle – fresh pear, blossoms and citrus peel.
The palate is intense with explosions of juicy apple, mandarin, sour grapefruit, banana lollies, limestone, honeydew melon and a splash of fresh cream. Try drinking this medium-dry sake over two days (if it lasts that long) and you will enjoy a richer flavour profile on the second day with more obvious umami.
Made from Tsuyuhakaze rice milled to 80%, specifically grown for Yucho Shuzo in Nara Prefecture.
If you love your Nama fresh this sake is one for you, but be quick before the Kaze no Mori fans snap it all up.
