Restrained aroma of pineapple, grape and melon. Smooth, soft, medium-dry palate of melon with a hint of roasted nut caramel reminiscent of peanut brittle.
100% Gohyakumangoku rice is sourced from the local area around the brewery. The colour of each bottle stands for the characteristics of sake – in this case the mild taste of the sake enhanced by umami is represented by the colour brown.
